When will my order be delivered?
For products in stock, expected delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium is within 1–2 calendar days. Saturdays and Sundays are included. Before 16:00, we calculate from today; from 16:00, we calculate from the next calendar day (Europe/Amsterdam). The product page shows the current estimated delivery dates. Delivery may take longer during exceptionally busy periods. Stated delivery times are estimates.
Where is my order shipped from?
Orders are shipped from the Netherlands by our logistics partner.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have a 14-day cooling-off period starting the day after you receive your order. Please use the "Revoke Order" page to register your return within this period. You will then receive return instructions.
