Who processes your data?

What data do we use?

Depending on how you use the shop, we process contact and address details, order and return information, payment status, communications, account details and technical data such as your IP address, browser and cookie data. Payment card details are processed by your chosen payment provider; MIREVIE does not receive your full card details.

Purposes and legal bases

We use data to process orders, payments, shipments and returns, answer questions, prevent fraud, keep the shop secure and comply with statutory record-keeping obligations. We use newsletters and non-essential cookies only with consent where legally required. For security and improvement, we may rely on our legitimate interests while taking your privacy interests into account.

Recipients and transfers

Data is shared only where necessary with Shopify, payment providers, our fulfilment partner, carriers, hosting, security and customer service providers, and competent authorities. Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; applicable safeguards are used in such cases, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

Retention periods

We do not retain data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. We retain order and invoice data for as long as required by tax and statutory retention obligations. Correspondence and account details are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed, unless a dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw your consent. Send your request to info@kiljano.nl. We may ask for information to verify your identity. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies and security

The shop uses essential cookies for functions such as the cart, security and checkout. We ask for consent for analytics or marketing cookies where required. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, but no transmission or storage is entirely risk-free.
