Products and prices

We describe products as carefully as possible based on the current product data. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding. All product prices shown to consumers are in euros and include the applicable VAT. Any shipping costs are shown before payment.

Orders and payment

Your order is concluded after you complete the ordering process and we confirm the order electronically. Payment is made using the methods offered during checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, missing payment or where delivery proves reasonably impossible; any amounts paid will then be refunded.

Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide and remain responsible for the correct performance of the agreement. Stated delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Check your address carefully.

Withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a cooling-off period of at least 14 calendar days. The procedure, the Dutch return address, refunds and any exceptions are set out in the Refund policy. The Cancel order button and the model withdrawal form remain available on the website.

Conformity and warranty

A product must meet what you may reasonably expect from it. Your statutory warranty rights remain fully applicable. Report a defect as soon as possible, including your order number and relevant information; we will then assess an appropriate remedy free of charge where the defect falls under our responsibility.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law. For any other loss, we are liable only to the extent that the loss can be attributed to us by law.

Complaints and applicable law

Send complaints to info@kiljano.nl with your order number and a clear description. We will respond as soon as possible. The agreement is governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to mandatory protection that applies in the country where the consumer resides. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court.
